The Casting Method How we make our pieces. |
|
First, a wax model is carved in the shape of the piece of jewelry, in this case a collection of pieces.. |

Small bits of pure gold and other metal is then melted by heat in a crucible. |
 |
Centrifugal force is used causing the liquid gold to shoot into the plaster mold. |
 |
The cylinder is allowed to cool.The pieces are now covered with the plaster. this is what they look like after they are all scrubbed clean. |
